Where to find happiness this year?

Happiness, perhaps this is the most important goal for you, for me, because if you think

about it, I'll just a little.

Most of our other goals really are indirect, right?

I won't say all, but definitely most, most of our other goals in life for new year, anytime,

most of our goals, why do we want them, right?

We want to make more money, we want to be healthier, we want to, I don't know, get a girlfriend

or a boyfriend, all these things, but really, why do we want those things?

Because we think they will make us happy.

So feeling happy, or I like the word joy, feeling joyful, full of joy, full of happiness,

because usually our number one goal, right, because all the other things we're trying

to get, we're trying to get them because we think they will make us happy.

But the truth is, many times those other goals will not make us happy.

Maybe you have had this happen in your life already, you had a goal, let's say, you want

to get a certain job and you thought that job would make you more money.

You make you happier, you'd be happier at the job.

You succeed, you get the new job, but then you're not happy, it's not what you thought it
