Ashley in Springfield says, I'm sure you get this question all the time, but I grew up learning that I need meat for protein.

Where do you get your protein? So I think this is a huge misconception. So there is a ton of plant protein. So you can get it from your normal things such as beans, quinoa, but a lot of greens actually have protein in them. So I really try not to stress

about my protein because I'm eating these things that are good for me and I'm getting what I need

and I feel great. Another thing that I am obsessed with is like the lentil and the bean pastas.

That way if you're trying to cut out oats and things like that, like Trader Joe's has like this really good red lentil pasta and the only ingredient is red lentils.
