All of us have had to deal with some kind of physical infirmity.

You know that when something isn't working the way it should, your whole body feels it.

In the Bible, the church is described as a body.

What happens when one part of that body isn't working as it should?

When you read the New Testament, you discover that one of the great pictures is that of a kingdom.

And the really significant issue for us is that we are members of this kingdom.

What is it that brings us together?

And that we have been made kids of his kingdom and that is a more significant truth than any earthly passport that we can hold.

And the challenge of our journey is to see these physical expressions and local expressions of the invisible body conforming to that standard which God has manifest for us in the kingdom of his sun.
