Hi, frenzies. Hi everyone. Welcome back to the show. I hope you're having a great day today. And

happy Libra season. I am really excited about Libra season. My favorite part of fall is beginning now.

And of course, I am a Libra sun. So it's going to be my birthday in a little bit too. I wanted to dedicate this week, the very first week of the sun in Libra, to what really the essence of Libra is all about for me.

And that, of course, is balance.

You probably know already, but the symbol of the Libra archetype is of course the scales.

And the energy of Libra is always trying to balance the good with the bad, the darkness with

the light, the work with the rest, looking for that sense of fairness, that justness in the world.

And I know we are all struggling with finding balance

in life in many different ways. Some of us more than others. And in some seasons of life, that's a lot

harder than in others. And I thought it would be a beautiful thing to dedicate this week to

balance. And tuning into the areas of our life where we are feeling a little bit out of balance

right now or way out of balance right now and connecting with the little things and the big

things in life that we can invite to find more balance in those areas that feel difficult right now.
