Summary

A lot has changed since Jane Hamill was on the show back in episode 1036. Things got tight for her recently because of COVID and having two kids at home (I'm sure many of us can relate). The good news? The pandemic forced her to completely reposition herself. They say you can't read the label when you're inside the bottle, and I think Jane's story is a testament to that metaphor!

By combining two of her offerings, Jane managed to really niche down. Today she tells us how she's further differentiating her offerings based on what makes her unique, creating a mindset of abundance. It sounds like she's doing all the right things, and I can't wait to check in with her again in the future. There are so many valuable takeaways in this episode—let's get started! 0:25.8

And we are going to be re-interviewing or getting back with some who have been on the show before, who had been coached, who had been given advice, who then had some time to implement or maybe not implement.

thirty what was it one thousand thirty six this was over two years ago she was struggling because

0:50.7

she had a couple businesses that you know could have been overlap they could havepped. They could have been combined. And we discussed, well, what do we do here?

0:57.7

There's kind of two separate things, but how do we manage this? And should I keep them separated?

1:02.7

Should I bring them together? And you'll hear right at the beginning of this conversation how she

1:06.6

took the advice that was offered and sort of what we learned from that and then what she applied

1:11.4

and how things are working out now. So these are my favorite episodes to do. We always do them at

1:16.6

the end of the year here. We're thinking of doing a more next year, even just sprinkled throughout,

1:20.1

maybe like even once a month, just because they're so fun to go back to you. I think, you know,

1:23.9

step one is to step up and to ask for advice and to get help.

1:28.6

Step two is to implement.

1:30.0

And step three is always to go back and sort of reassess and learn from what did work, what

1:35.1

didn't work, and then keep going.

1:36.9

It's all about iteration, right?

1:38.4
