Summary

After hearing extensive evidence of election crimes from Donald Trump and his many criminal associates, the Georgia state special grand jury recommended indicting 40 individuals. However, the RICO indictment that was issued in Georgia charges only 19 of them with crimes. Glenn says there are many different ways this could play out in court. Then, Trump is on pretrial release in four felony cases, and yet, he continues to lie in ways that are likely to poison future jury pools. Glenn says that judges or prosecutors need to step up and take Trump to task, placing reasonable limits on his public lies that are deeply damaging to the right of the American people to a fair trial.
