Oh man look at I just spoke to spoke at Dallas Mavericks practice today which is I take it as a good sign he had a couple of things to say he got has a ton of questions and as as look it does.

He answered them in very few words he said the first couple of days I couldn't even shoot I was in a boot but we've made a lot of progress he said that he won't be a hundred percent even when he comes back he still thinks that he's going to be struggling with that calf and that if there's going to be a risk for the injury to get worse he's not going to play Isaac do you expect Luke at a play in game three I said on yesterday's show and I said again today I don't expect him to play in game three but I will welcome it if he wants to play.

You know I think the Mavericks have played this perfectly and I really give them credit because I think there was a enough doubt out there whether he was going to play and when he was going to play that what they really did is kept Jalen Brunson Spencer didn't we the Dwight Powell and the rest of the crew motivated and kind of understanding their task at hand which was to extend the series go get one stay engaged don't feel like you have this insurmountable or incredibly difficult task all by yourselves you know

Luke everything on every report about Luke has been good news I watched him on the floor before game two you could have been giving bad news reports at that point frankly he really wasn't doing much his movements were unnatural I actually he was jetting his right foot out super far and a shot because he didn't want to land on his left in a way that I actually went and pulled up Lucas shots on NBA calm because I haven't seen him shoot enough to know and then looked it's like okay that's unnatural so you know I'll give them average credit I think they've put

on his right foot they've played the cards right on this and they're continuing to do so he's close he's close I'd be surprised to be plays you know Saturday gets to 13 days which is kind of right about where everyone thought it could probably be and and we'll see and maybe it's not even going to be to Monday but they've done what they need to do which is to stay engaged in the series and give you know it's clear he's coming at some point so I think that's it frankly is a jazz fan on this one he's great there's no question I mean but thank goodness that
