Christine Rose and Hy-Christine. So we had two important suffering court decisions yesterday,

and I am now going to make a dark confession to our listeners, which is I don't think that any of us

read the decisions, and so we can't really talk about them. We can gloat a little bit on the

liberal panic about Amy Coney Barrett and how Amy Coney Barrett has demonstrated her, this whole

line about how she was going to overturn a bomb of care, and that's why she was brought to the court,

and they raised tens of millions of dollars. Democrats did running against her and talking about

this and the danger of, you know, trumping whatever, however it was, and then of course she,

up she said that Texas and the state of the traditional that had gone along with Texas's effort to

extrope the Affordable Care Act. They did not have standing to do so, and therefore upended this,

you know, preposterous charge that she had been brought on for the specific purpose of doing

injury to the specific political, you know, the wonderment of the Obama administration.

There'll be no maya culpa, by the way, for all the many, you know, hand-ringing,

think-think-think pieces we saw in the mainstream media telling us how she was, you know,

the second coming of the apocalypse for all the liberal projects. But we are continuing to see,

though, which I think is worth noting. So seen a few mentions by a legal observer saying on the left

saying, you know what, wouldn't this be a really high note for Stephen Breyer to retire on? Isn't it

time like they're really pushing the, we won't Biden to have a nominee, and I really hope Stephen

Breyer digs in the seals and refuses to go just out of spite, even though I know that's on how
