Summary
After a long and successful career in the corporate world, including being a General Manager at United Technologies, Robb Hiller decided to start his own company to follow one of his passions, evaluating talent and solving problems executives face in their organizations. He was an active member of his community, focused on giving and helping others. Then, unexpectedly he was hit with a terrible diagnosis - his doctor informed Robb he had not one, not two, but three cancers developing in his body.
He couldn't understand why this was happening to him; it seemed so unfair. But, it wouldn't take him long to discover that asking why wouldn't take him anywhere; he had to ask a different question, and that discovery took him on a beautiful journey of compassion, optimism, and healing.
Robb Hiller is the CEO and Founder of Performance SolutionsMN, Inc and the author of The Power of Three, a book where he breaks down his learning experiences navigating and overcoming one of the toughest challenges of his life.
In this episode, we had an inspiring conversation about Robb's fascinating life story, his discoveries along the way, and how optimism and gratitude helped him survive. In addition, Robb kindly shared some brilliant insights about friendship, positive affirmations, and how powerful it can be to put gratitude out in the world without expecting anything in return.
Tune in to Episode 9 of Rejuvenaging and listen to Robb's inspiring life story.
