Without a doubt, everybody goes through a phase of like extreme doubt, extreme fatigue, where they just want to quit and give up.

At what point was that for you in business?

Was it more early on, middle?

Did you already make a decent chunk of money? Like, where were you at when you were the closest to just fucking lighten a match to

everything? I've had a couple of times, bro, when I was just wanted to say fuck it. And, you know,

it's our second flip that me and my brother ever did. We've got four deals going. It's

wintertime in Salt Lake City. Markets not super great. It's what year 2013. Like we're still crawling at

here in a thousand eight hole. I got in the, you know, doing flipping houses and bro, it was bad.

Like me and my brother partners at the time, we had four properties.

And we're losing like 50.
