The joys of

homeownership. Yeah. That is David Van Camp, James Markley, back tomorrow. Yes. Pipe bursting. Unless he makes the cut and the tournament continues. I don't know. You got pipe bursting. I just wrenched my back. It's just a great. It's great. Well, you had okay, listen, man, we try to, we're as relatable as we possibly can be at times, right?

And we think perhaps sharing

in our woeful things that happened to us will help you and benefit you in some way because it probably happened to you as well. Yeah. So poor David is like water coming out of his ceiling. Holes in the ceiling. We've got all this stuff. and then this morning I twist weird and just wrench my back and it's like I can't breathe. It's just... Heds are falling up. Pets heads are falling up. No, man. It was weird. So, I mean, I'll tell this story real quick because I think a lot, I mean, I know a lot of you can relate to this. so it's 3.15 in the morning, right? And all of a sudden I'm awake, and I don't know why I'm awake, but I'm awake. And I get up and I go to the bathroom, and our bedroom is like, it's like outside of, like off the family room, right? So I walk through the, I go from the bathroom and start to walk through the family room, sensing something was up. And I don't know why I felt that way, but at any rate, I look and there's my orange cat, my female cat, right? Yeah. And I can't see my male cat. I'm like, okay, well, it's not unusual for him to hike it upstairs and get up there. So I went up there, and the usual places, he's not there.

So I go downstairs again, and I had opened the windows last night, right?
