We are in the second part of our conversation about when not to use email and there's a number of them and last time we talked about urgent matters right that's not's not a, if it's urgent, probably a phone call or better

And it's pretty. Yeah, the typical, the story is, you know, people getting fired by text or getting fired by email, that kind of stuff.

So we're not going to do that.

But there's more.

This one is a little different, but it's not about avoiding something bad.

It's sending email limits the effectiveness of the communication,

which is around strong relationship creation.

And if you want to have a strong relationship

or create a new relationship,

emails probably not the way to start.
