The never ending checklists can feel like things that are

I got to buy my kids clothes.

I got a meal prep.

I got to make sure that I signed up for this preschool

tuition and all that.

It's nothing exciting.

I want you to, at the end of every day, put something on paper

of the things that you did do that was incredible.

Normally, I get really frustrated in this situation.

And today, I actually was, you know, held my ground.

So I want us to look at our day, not as the checklist
