So last week, if you didn't have an opportunity to listen last week or the last two weeks,

I had a guest on Chris and last week was special because I shared again a story

And I had so many people who reached out to me because either they knew someone

who was in that situation or they were in that situation themselves.

So I thought it would probably be prudent to kind of talk to you about that.

So some of the people reached out and I mean, I haven't, I haven't been able to really,

I haven't really, you know, message backed anyone about it because I want to be honest with you,

I want to be honest with you is still kind of a fresh scab, if you will.

And it's like every time, you know, I got to talk about it.

It's like you're peeling it back a little bit more.

So my objective here is, you know, I do want to just, I do want to talk about it

because I feel like it's, it's good for me to be able to mention some of it.

But yeah, so if you didn't get a chance to listen to it, December 2019,

I was really in one of the lowest places of my life.

And from the outside, you really wouldn't be able to tell that because I mean,

everything was going right on the outside, which, you know, that's usually how it is.

Everything was going right, but I was like literally decaying within.

And I sat on the side of my bed, I sat on the edge of my bed,

and it was like one something in the morning, you know, I couldn't go to sleep.
