Today I'm going to talk to my friend Stephanie Risinger, who is a licensed marriage and family therapist here in Kansas City.

Stephanie also runs a podcast called Holistic Fertility and Wellness Podcast and runs a Facebook

support group for women experiencing infertility. Stephanie is a new mom. She has a daughter that is 10

and a half months. And I recorded this interview a couple months ago. It was one of my very first.

And Stephanie was generous enough to be sort of my

guinea pig as I was just getting started and wanted to practice with someone who would give me

the grace to let me call them back with multiple questions. And so that's why there's a little bit

of a discrepancy when we're talking in one part of the episode that her baby is nine months.
