Hello and welcome to the Byron York Show, the No-Chit-Chit Podcast.

We'd like to get right into it.

What we're going to get into today is a pretty interesting story, kind of a media story,

and it's about when a conspiracy theory, I use that in quotation marks, when a conspiracy

theory turns out to be not a theory.

A lot of egg on the face of a particular large newspaper in the United States, so we'll

start out this way.

On Monday, just a couple of days ago, the New York Times published a story about Konic,

which is a small election software company that has just 27 employees or 21 of them

based in Michigan, they're six of them who are based in Australia.

Now the paper reported, the story was, that Konic had been the target of, quote, election

deniers who have made it the focus of, quoting again, a new conspiracy theory about the 2020

presidential election.

Okay, so this is how the Times reported it, quote, using threadbare evidence or none at

all.
