Hello, also good to be back. Thank you very much. Well we've got an awesome

episode for everybody today. We got some really great listener questions. So we're

going to talk about those in a second, but first we're

going to start out the episode. Someone suggested we do a mid-year review and talk

about some of the races we've already had so far this year.

So we're going to do kind of a summary, I think, of the Spring Classics and the first chunk of

stage races. And yeah, I think that'll be that'll be a great way to set us off.
