Why can't we find joy and fulfillment in the fact that we're just alive?

It goes back to that idea of we're not our economy, you know, that if you get right down to it, if you ask somebody, what will you

give up if I don't kill you? It's everything, you know. And at our core, we understand that

being alive is really important, but yet it's so hard for us in our day-to-day life to actually live from the

place that being alive is the point. I want a world where we don't have to have it threatened

to not understand that, where we don't have to have people all around us dying and a Damocles

to suddenly think, oh, I'm happy that I'm alive. How do we cultivate a set? I mean, I think,
