I'm doing well. We're in November already.

Technically November 1st, isn't it? Yes. How about that? Yesterday it was Halloween. Wasn't Halloween so

awesome? We were pre-taping it. So actually we don't know how awesome Halloween is about to be,

but we're pretending that we do. Yeah, well, you know, candy. Isn't that great when we got all that candy? Yes. Yeah, there's actually a lot of candy in this house for reals.

Shocking. I know. So I've been eating candy. It's all about the Twix.

I know. It's all about the Three Musketeers. Wait, before we go into candy, let's say what we're

going to talk about so people don't leave. Good idea. We're going to talk about the power of the heart and how it affects us, well, why we should

understand this for ourselves and why we should understand this as a parent and as a partner.

And more importantly, let's talk about Halloween candy.

How can you possibly like Three Musketeers and Milky Way?
