40 years, $92 million, that's 23 a year,

and considering what Adam Schaefter said yesterday,

that he wants significantly more than D.K. Medcalf,

who is getting $33 million a year.

Yeah, so funnily enough, after the Cortland Sutton deal came out, I was home, I was sitting

out back, and I did this exercise a sitting out back, and I, I did this

exercise a little bit myself, and I just kind of, you know, we're throwing numbers out there.

That's pretty much all we're doing. That's all negotiations are. So what I have right now,

for Terry, I haven't really decided on the term, whether it's three or four years, but I,

that's the general idea. The $35 million

signing bonus would, you know, initially get a bunch of money in his pocket. 30 APY, so either

in, you know, a three-year deal or four-year deal with either 90 or 120, with 75 million

guaranteed.
