0:03.2	tangibly do something about it, which is the movement that we
0:06.5	called American contingency outside of my own business was
0:10.6	when law enforcement officers in Seattle stopped responding to
0:15.3	certain calls. And that happened. And then they set up this
0:18.9	Capitol Hill movement, which became a nightmare. And they
0:22.8	basically allowed for, you know, disorderly conduct, even
0:27.2	criminal activity. That was the first time that we went,
0:30.1	okay, we need to do something about it. I was just in Portland
0:32.8	Oregon about four weeks ago, four weekends ago, the Portland
0:36.8	authority didn't respond to 60 calls in a weekend, including
0:41.5	Larosny, Berglie, even reports of rape. And that's mind
0:45.5	boggling. Like to think that you could be a law-abiding
0:47.8	citizen who pays taxes and that there's a, you know, a
0:51.2	political divisiveness that takes place where it could literally
0:55.6	translate to you not being protected in your own community is
0:59.0	disturbing.
