The race is on, and with the latest season now well underway, gaming fans are looking forward to the release of F1 2021 in the summer.

But what can we expect from the latest game in the series, and what should be incorporated to make it an even better product. I'm Edstraw and joining

me with all the answers about F1 2021 are Nathan Quinn, Balhorungi and Glenn Freeman. Well, Nathan, welcome.

This is your debut appearance on the Race F1 podcast. So for those who aren't familiar with your

excellent work, you are our esports correspondence, not only a thriving and interesting world, but one with some very

familiar F1 names in terms of teams and drivers involved. Yeah, that's certainly true. I mean, even

outside of the F1 e-sports series, Ferrari of, I know they were a latecomer to

esports, but Ferrari have just launched their second own

ESports talent scouting program. The V10R League, second season starting soon, you're going to have

McLaren, Red Bull, Williams and Aster Martin all racing against one another. And Grojan's own

esports team, actually. I know Roman Grosjean no longer a part of F1, but he's big in esports in his own, right running his own esports team actually. I know Roman Grosjean no longer a part of F1, but he's big in

And Max Vestappen doesn't run his own team, but hugely prominent in iRacing and just a couple

of months ago won the bar first 12 hours on eye racing. So, yeah, even outside

of F1, e-sports, there's a lot of crossover between Formula One and esports more generally.

Yeah, certainly a growth area. And it's great to see art imitating life, as it were,

with all sorts of driver transfers going on and that kind of thing in the world of F1 esports. But yeah, massive, massive growth area. And Val, you're a keen gamer. How long have you

been playing the Codemasters series of official F1 games? Surprisingly, despite my youngish age,

I've pretty much been there from the start. I didn't play the 2009 one on the Wii. I'm not

sure how many people did, but I've, I've been playing

them fairly regularly since 2010. But I've, I've ended up skipping a few, actually, because

when there were no driver transfers, they all got a bit samey for me. So I think I've bought
