1:00.7	thank you so much for joining us today now Now you wrote an not bad in the Washington Post in which you suggested that impeachment doesn't necessarily have to be in removal from office.
1:11.0	Can you explain that?
1:12.0	Sure, well that part is actually not new.
1:16.0	Impeachment is the process by which the House of Representatives
1:21.0	decides whether the president should be charged with high crimes and misdemeanors.
1:26.2	And in the usual sequence of things, that goes over to the Senate for trial.
1:31.2	The Senate, however, has become something of a graveyard these days and McConnell who is the
1:37.2	leader of the Senate prides himself on what he calls himself I guess the grim reaper and a lot of people including I think
