We just never know. Good morning, pets. Hi. Hi. Did your sellers find a cash buyer? No. Okay, perfect. You want to call them on three-way? I do. Can I pick up Hannah first and then call them? Of course, let's do it. All right, Hannah's calling me. Hold on. Cool. So Hannah is the other agent on the deal, her daughter, and her daughter's going to get the sellers on the phone, and then they're going to call me on three-way. So we'll see how that goes. Victoria says, we are ready. Okay, cool. Hello. Okay, I think we're all together now. Awesome. Okay, so Robbie, you're the owner of the house? Yes, sir. Awesome. Kind of devastating news that happened yesterday, huh? Yeah. I imagine you guys already had your kids, like, picking out their rooms and all that kind of stuff of the new house. Oh, yeah. I already had it planned out. Your wife buy any furniture and all that stuff, or not yet? I just new beds and stuff. So we got the new beds ready. Your kids are all picked out. They're like ready to go move all their stuff over. You guys are probably even packed up in your house that you're trying to sell right now too, right? Oh, yeah. It's already loaded. Got it. Okay. So my name is Pace. I'm a real estate investor. I've done deals with Victoria in the past. And so she graciously allowed us to get on the phone call today, see if I could potentially be one of, I'm sure, multiple solutions you guys could probably find over the next couple of days. I have solutions that I bring to the table to other real estate investors that just aren't as experienced
