Hi Brian, great to be here.

So do you want to tell listeners what they can look forward to, the key things they should

be excited about on the new app?

Yeah, well, you know, this app is actually, it's the number one airline app in both app stores and so some folks say why would you ever change it and we're changing it because we want to really make this better for our customers, especially customers that may not fly a lot.

And when they open the app up, it is actually harder to navigate today because it doesn't work

like other apps do.

So we spent time talking to lots of customers, not just

global services in 1K but general members and folks that fly us only once or twice a

year and really said how can we help de-stress your experience and so what you'll see with the new app is first of all we're not taking anything away

So if there's a special feature that you love it's still going to be there but on day of travel it's going to look there. But on day of travel, it's going to look different.

48 hours before you travel, we'll actually get you ready for check-in. And then once you have checked

in, your boarding pass will be very easy.

Can you check in at 48 hours or no it's still the 24?
