eating processed food and he just kind of mentioned it off hand in the beginning. In fact I was I him a question, I interrupted him to make the point that he had gained all this weight without eating processed food and saying, wow, this must be really working whatever you're doing because you're putting on this weight without the processed food you used to be eating.

And people typically think when you're trying to put on weight, it's very hard to do that on a whole food diet

because you're not getting a lot of caloric density.

So he actually said, no, I'm actually eating more processed food than I had been and then that

or has been for a very long time as as you know the the ideal vegan athlete right who has this perfect diet his talks often are about

holding yourself accountable do you really know exactly what you're eating and you say you're not gaining weight or you're not losing weight but do you really know exactly what you're putting in your body?
