Summary

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN: Today’s episode is all about gratitude: why it matters and how to cultivate it each and every day. Not only is gratitude good for our own mental well-being, it can actually improve our relationships and physical wellness too. That’s why I’m sharing a simple gratitude exercise you can use to stay focused on the positive and feel accomplished throughout the day. And it only takes a few minutes each morning. To hopefully inspire you, I’m kicking things off by sharing three things I’m particularly grateful for this year as well (including you!).
