The gratitude is mutual.
You don’t have to go to Cairo to have these revelations… but evidently, I had to. Some of these learnings are deeply personal. All of what I’m attempting to translate is beyond words. There are layers I can’t describe. This feels like going braless at my art opening. But this is me, and this is my art.
