Krasny. The pandemic is affecting all of us in different ways, but maybe no one feels it more

than California's foster youth. Even in the best of times, life poses plenty of

challenges for them, but now stay-at-home orders and online learning are presenting new problems,

like lack of internet access for at-home instruction, and it's harder for them to visit with

their biological parents. We'll hear how government and social service agencies are dealing

with this. And then later in the hour, a Republican effort to recall Governor Gavin Newsom is gaining

some steam. We'll hear just how serious a threat it is. That's next on Forum, right after the
