Coming to you from the city of Chicago where the Democratic National Convention has just wrapped up and I have secured a late checkout from my hotel in order to bring you my thoughts on the convention. I will

head to the airport here shortly to flee the city and the many creditors that I've

accrued in the brief amount of time that I've been here, but before now and then I will tell you about some of my random thoughts of the convention.

I will then get into some of the underlying ideology, the policy insofar as it existed, and finally I will give you my

prediction on how the selection is going to go.

And we'll end on a positive note, so that's kind of the broad outline of today's episode. So I attended both

conventions this year. I went to the Republican Convention. I just wrapped up the Democratic

Convention. They're very fun. Or I should say, the people attending them

are having a lot of fun.

I think justifiably if you were a conservative Republican because not only were they all very excited about Donald Trump who

commanded almost total unanimity within the party he was clearly going to beat
