Even if we end up not having the season we're all hoping for, the team's trajectory is still pointing

upward. We no longer have the Griswolds running the franchise anymore, and we now have

building from top to bottom that are continuing to establish a structure and a culture conducive

to long-term sustained success. Again, the season may not turn out to be a disappointment.
