And the biggest news from today's episode or Thursday's episode of that show is that the

Clippers owner, Steve Balmer, had three installments

of prepaid carbon credit purchases that were paid in 2022. So two years before the Intuit

Dome, very nice building. So I've heard, even opened, which total of $56 million. Those payments

made April 1st of 2022 to June 20 or to June 17th excuse me of 2022.

So not a very wide date there, but it aligned pretty closely with the Kauai Leonard deal that he signed with the company now, which we are all very familiar, no longer exists.
