I’ve been thinking a LOT about the concept of mercy this year. My very basic definition: Mercy is when we just wish for someone to catch a break. That simple.
Mercy is the bonus deal that comes from Compassion.
Today I’m rolling through the spiritual and practical definition of COMPASSION.
What does it look like according to the mystics, and what does it look like in our emails and our self care?
Side note: I know we’re all extra full of emotions these days. And I know giving your full attention to a podcast can seem like another thing “to-do.”
I’d love your full attention but I have another invitation: just hit play and let me roll in the background. You don’t have to “learn” or take notes. Just let this energy be your sidekick as you do what you need to do. Your subconscious self will get what it needs to get. Your conscious self will remember what you need to remember. Just breathe.
Eps 137 of WITH LOVE, DANIELLE is here to help you be Compassionate with all of it.
