Money is a form of value

But I'm truly just talking about you as an individual. I'm talking about your energy

I'm talking about your uniqueness your individuality. I'm talking about how you show up in the world and how

Much you value yourselves?

You see if we don't value ourselves who's gonna value us for us

When you're in a negotiation when you're in a business deal when you're selling something

People will always do what?

They will low-ball you and then what do we do? We had to negotiate and state our value

Or we won't get what we want we won't get what we deserve

But life doesn't really give you what you deserve

Life gives you what you state what you negotiate

And we need to understand our value. How much do you value your energy?

How much do you value your mental health?

How about your overwell well-being
