I'm really excited about who we're covering today. Christy is actually a connoisseur,

an expert on this person. She is a Shannon Ford historian. I mean, I'm good. I'm excited.

How are you doing today, Christy? I am doing okay. So I have to say, this is how much I love the listeners of this podcast.

It's a, I don't know if you've seen it online, but it's a heat wave that LA in like Southern California is experiencing right now.

It's 105 in my house.

And I obviously can't turn on, I can't turn on the AC because it's going to interview with the audio quality.

So I'm like absolutely dying. And like, we're used to sunshine, but we're not used to like intense heat waves.

But nothing could get me to turn off my air conditioning more than the topic at hand, which is

Shannon Ford Middleton and Lames Middleton. And I must say on my other show, X knows all, when I had Sophie on the podcast, we did an

episode on Shannon and Lames and it broke the internet.

Literally the episode, my show skyrocketed to number two on the entertainment news chart

because something about internet personalities that trigger people to the degree that Shannon and Lames can

trigger their audience. There's something to be said about that kind of influencer that has such a

hold on so many people and everyone is just watching her and his every movie. Who's your

influencer, Sophie? That's like your Shannon Ford, would you say? Like the one, okay, so the one where I know all of their lore and they really like get under my skin, is that, is that what you're talking about?
