Welcome back to Snark Bay, guys.

It's March 11th at 5 p.m. Pacific, 8 p.m. Eastern. And it's been quite the day for Sophie and myself.

And I think the best thing we can do for both of our mental healths and for the sake of the show is just bring ourselves right back in front of our computer screens, staring at each other, talking about the one and only topic that is Giggly Squad.

But before we dive into that, Sophie, how are you doing?

Christy, it's been a tough one.

We were both like running late.

And Christy at the same time as me was like, this has been the worst day ever.

I was like, wait, same.

So we just did a little grounding exercise, which I think really helped. I'm usually very, like I was saying to

Christy before we started recording, I'm very like anti-meditation. I'm just like, I don't know,

I think it's because I'm a very frenetic, like frantic person, but it actually really helped me.

And I'm feeling calmer. How was your day, Chrissy? Why did your day suck so much? I think I've just been

talking all day and I'm actually visiting by the time this episode comes out. I will be in Denver

visiting Shannon from Flulently Forward. Trigger warning. And I, there's just a lot of things that

need to be done before I go off on my trip. And yeah, I think I'm just

really overwhelmed. And just this show, I know we talk about it all the time. And like I don't want to

sound like I'm ungrateful because that's truly the last thing I feel. The show is the thing that
