Surprised a lot of people can when they beat the suns I consider this a massive win in a huge step forward for an organization that you know Luca hadn't even gotten out of the first round yet. Every NBA star goes through those growing pains in the playoffs and then they have that one break through a year. And this is really the break through a year for Luca and the maps. By the way carried this team by himself.

You and I were talking about this during the break thinking of teams that were just carried by one star. You think of Iverson years ago on that sixers team back in 2001.

Eric snow was on that team Lebron in the 2007 Cavs. I just looked up their roster. Everybody remembers how Lebron drag that team of the finals.

The ultimate example like the ultimate example of a singular player drag and that's actually not past the pistons to get there.

It's very it's very similar to Lucas situation except it was one step further. They obviously got to the finals Lebron average 27 points a game during that season he was 22 years old Lucas 23 Larry Hughes was the next leading score at 14.9.

But like that that's what we got from Luca is he just dragged this team as far as he could and it's an unbelievable performance that we got from him in the playoffs all time great numbers Jordan like numbers in the playoffs.

But they're going to have to do more in the offseason if they want to get back to this position again they can't come back with the same roster.

Well you know what's funny is that postseason like the the Cavs piston series was so enthralling.

But when the when the helio centric one one player team advances the finals were became awful unwatchable almost now the bronze in it.

So you're like I want to see this player.

But there was no question from five minutes into the game into game one who was going to win the series was not was just non competitive.

And so sometimes that happens like you have it's like the NCAA tournament right we all like the early upsets.

But then we also want the really good teams at the end you somehow want us both.

And it's obviously impossible this this particular NCAA tournament we just had probably straddle that line as well as any tournament ever really.
