I will say that when Tottenham got through to the championship final and after that breathless moment I did have a real like a genuine sort of welling up moment

when I thought I can't go with this I've got to watch this game with my dad and it did actually I was sat in the

canteen at the guardian the next day got quite tearful and then I got on with my

day Barry but you know sometimes it's good to let it out.

That's what football does, doesn't it?
