Last week, Congress passed the biggest spending bill in history, a $2.2 trillion rescue plan

to help big corporations, small businesses, and working class Americans, all hard

hit by the economic fallout from the coronavirus. Even though the bill was quickly signed by

President Trump and is now the law of the land, several questions, however, remain. One, what's in the

bill and who's at help? Two, how can we be sure that the money

in the bill reaches those who need help the most? And three, does this bill do the job? Or do we

need a fourth stimulus package? And what are its chances? For answers today, we turn to one of the Democratic leaders in the House of Representatives,

the key ally of Speaker Nancy Pelosi,

and chair of the Democratic Policy and Communications Committee,

What do you see on the ground of Rhode Island? She has she has I think done a very good job of taking the virus

seriously she's been very aggressive in directing Rhode Islanders to socially

distance shutting down gatherings of more than five people asking people who

are doing non-essential work to remain at home.
