Hey, everybody. Welcome to Red Pillier Healthcast. My name is Dr. Charlie Faganholz, and I am here with Lauren Johnson, everyone's favorite nurse. And we have a good episode this week for you all. We are talking about something very basic, something that should be clean. And most people think is clean, but it usually is not.

And it is one of the things that when we say you can control the controllables,

75 percent water as human beings um so that's important that is extremely important and just we even go further, you've probably heard me say this before.
