Late kick on the air.

It is Sunday night.

It is August 24th, the Year of Our Lord 2020. It's not Nashville. Yeah, once again, right here coming to you from the parents living room in Fortin, Georgia, just north of Columbus. I frequently refer to Columbus as my hometown-ish. A lot of people from Harris County get mad because they know I'm from Harris County, so I'm from Harris County, Georgia, and that's where I am right now. We've got a loaded show. This is my favorite kind of show. This is pretty much the kind of show that we'll be doing throughout the duration of the rest of the football season, and that is the kind of show where we really could go like four hours tonight. We have to whittle it down and we have to filter it down and decide what's really worth talking about. I'll tell you what's really worth talking about as it relates to this show and the future of this show. We're going to do it at the very end so we can get right down to business. But I put out a little call to action for you guys this past week about getting us to a certain plateau, a certain milestone, if you will. Boy, I underestimated you. I underestimated how long it would take you because you did it just like that. So we are changing the format of the show and I think you'll really, really like the news that we have. Tonight, I got so much to get to. Look at this. Look at the notes.

It's stuff everywhere.

We've obviously got a lot of whispers and intel from camps all across the country.

A lot of stuff going on in the state of Texas, not just University of, but the state of Texas.

So I'm going to dive into that.

I'm going to give you several landmine games, some different kind of segments that I like

to do in the preseason diving a little bit deeper into the whole schedule analysis world, and we're

going to do that with the SEC tonight. I'm also going to take a question from Shane towards the

end of the show, who is a frequent contributor to late kick, both the late kick extra podcast

and late kick live here. And he's asking about Hot Seat. And this is something I remember now

that he brought it up that we talked about like a couple of months ago when it was kind of still

at the outset of the whole COVID quarantine. Are we going to have normal? Are we not going to

have normal? He brought up a good

point. He raised a good question. So I want to revisit that. And again, at the end of the show, I am going to have, Colin, would we call it a major? I'm looking over here like Collins over here. He's in Nashville. I guess we would call it a major announcement. But yeah, we got an announcement towards the end of the show. So I am down here, had a death in the family.

I don't really like to get into that all that much, but I'm here in Georgia.
