So we're gonna practice some self-awareness together here to start our time together okay

so I'm just gonna ask you to be really honest with yourself you don't have to tell me

you have to tell anybody and save your elbows okay this is just you is you, it's no one else, okay,

don't think about any else, just think about you.

I want you to answer, where, when, or with whom do you tend

to have a short fuse. Okay?

Like where, and what environments, okay?

Like, where is it?

Is it at work?

Is it at home?

Like where are those environments?

When, you know, is it when you're trying to get out of the house,

when you're stuck in traffic,

when times are stressful, and then with whom?

What people, right?
