Well, several years ago here in Atlanta, our collection of churches, we did a series called

My Bad Church Experience.

And if you're in any of our rooms, if you were here for that series,

will you just raise your hand up really, really high?

That's awesome.

Those are the long timers at our church.

I think it was over 12 years ago.

I didn't say old timers, by the way, I said long timers. They've been around for a while and

it's amazing that they're still here because the series was so long that it in and of

itself became people's bad church experience. But one of the things I got to share in that series was a story

that is really relevant to what we're going to talk about today.

I was in seminary, is graduate school for becoming a

professional Christian which is what pastors do they go to grad school and

and while I was in grad school one of the things we had to do was go visit

churches and the goal do was go visit churches.
