We hear things all the time like "nourish your body", "eat a balanced diet", or simply "eat healthier", but what do those things actually mean? What does it look like to nourish your body? And how do you eat both healthier and balanced?
 
With all the information being tossed around, and much of it being quick-fix, fad dieting solutions, I want to break down what it actually looks like to nourish your body with what it needs.
