Right now in the Southern Caribbean, we have by one estimate about 10% of the U.S. Navy right now, broadly speaking, in that area off of Venezuela's

coast. 10%. That seems like a lot. It's a lot. You might think you know what these ships and

sailors are up to. After all, in the last few weeks, there's been one strike after another on small boats

that the U.S. government claims are smuggling drugs.
