I, like a lot of people, were sort of just scrolling through TikTok for the last couple

years, bored, trying to pass the time during the pandemic.

During that time, he noticed many young people using TikTok and Instagram to share personal

stories dealing with mental health. It inspired him to post

too. And at Therapy Jeff was born. I was like, you know what? I feel like I know how TikTok works.

I was just sort of like, it was a challenge to myself just being like, I wonder if I can make

content that's useful and that people would enjoy.
