It's of an autonomous car getting pulled over by the cops.

It's a short little snippet of a robotaxie, like an autonomous taxi, basically, from a company called Cruise

that is a subsidiary of General Motors.

That's David Zipper. He's a visiting fellow at Harvard's Kennedy School, where he writes about urban policy and mobility.

The car in the video is a red and white sedan,

and it stopped on the side of a busy city street at night.

Apparently, because it had some issue with, I don't know,

it was the taillight or headlight, some minor matter like that.
