Welcome back to the personality hacker podcast. My name is Joel Mark Witt. And I'm

Antonia Dodge. So Antonia and I just got back from a little trip last week, a multi-day trip. It was actually really fun.

We got to go to a personal growth workshop and then we took some time a couple days for our

anniversary to go and do some exploring of some historical landmarks.

We went to Monachello in Virginia, which is really interesting to see Thomas Jefferson's

very eccentric house he built back in the 1700s 1800s and that was a really

interesting tour that we got to go on and see all the idiosyncrasies of one of

the leaders of the original founding of the United States.

Anyway, neither here nor there, but with the personal growth workshop we went to

was extremely powerful that we both attended together. We came away from that, it was an Annie Graham Workshop actually, and we came

away from that with some deeper insight and feelings and perspectives around what personality typeology merging with

personal growth can bring all of us in our world. I got a bunch of aha's

I think you did too Antonia from that workshop. It was it was very

experiential and I think it was very spiritual in a lot of ways and I got a glimpse of

vision for what the anagram and what typology can be that we have just begun to scratch the surface around, even here at Personality Hacker, very powerful. I think that word spiritual is a very

important word and we will get into that. We'll talk a we'll talk a little bit about some of our aha's and some of our experience. But first I want to give a call out because the

workshop was in Cary, North Carolina, and it was an invite only workshop.

So when we got invited to the workshop, we didn't actually know where it was.

We just said yes, but then when we discovered it was in

Cary we were super excited because we have friends who own a hotel, a boutique

hotel in Cary and their names are Deanna and Colin and they own the Mainton Inn. In fact they they built it in

Cary and it's an absolutely beautiful hotel so we're gonna do a little bit of a gratuitous pitch for them
