I suffer with psoriasis and I love that you have taught me how to improve it with intermittent fasting.

I know that you deal with psoriasis as well, but you haven't talked about it much on the podcast lately.

Have you had any recent breakthroughs or found anything that's really helping you?

next week. So whenever people they're listening to this, they can just look on the library. I'm coming

up on 300 episodes. So you'll just look for one that says Evan

interviews client because I just started this new thing where I'm interviewing some of my clients

and sharing their stories. People like it. I'm getting good feedback. And so I have an episode

coming out with a woman who her daughter had pretty much full body psoriasis. I mean, she was covered so bad.

She was nine years old.

And when they first reached out to me, the girl was going to be, I don't know if she was

a flower girl or what, but she was going to be in a wedding.

And so the mother was really concerned that her skin was going to be in such bad shape

because when she took her daughter out to go

try on dresses and such, you know, she was just really ashamed and embarrassed of herself.

She didn't want to be seen with those rashes on her skin.

And so we were kind of under a critical timeline here.

And we did some testing on her, which is the same thing we would tell Stacy is you got to get

checked out because if you notice that the diet is improving, it doesn't mean that that's

the only thing.
