After you have the vision, you have to put daily action towards it every single day.

What is the customer experience?

There's the customer journey. Let me and the five

kids sitting in the airport at 7 o'clock. And you know what? Not all bad. God gave me a lemon.

I made lemonade out of it because I went to Jake's house, spent another day. Cost me a little bit

more money, but I had an awesome day. Managed right this past weekend. I hung out with the students. It was, it was really a fantastic weekend. I'm tired, but I am so excited to be on this week's show because we have got Mr. Jesse on. We're going to

introduce him, but he is the multifaceted king. He's got multiple businesses going on. And you know what?

He's got multifamily on the radar, Jake. So I think that's the next venture.

Okay. We're bringing it back around here to some sanity because the G-Dad just lost it.
